Regional Homepage Launch: Leading a cross-functional team of Web Merchandisers, UX Designers, Developers, and Product Marketers to launch homepage refreshes across North America, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and rest of world. These homepage refreshes leverage Adobe Experience Manager’s Touch UI Templates. These templates are responsive and allow a clear pathway to drive customers to make purchases. Benefits:

This workflow reduces design support needs, allows regions to easily leverage the Corporate Digital Marketing Team’s campaigns without repeat work, and allows A/B testing for different banner types, styles, and placements. My role is to keep the team accountable to launch dates, flag escalations, and drive the overall program timeline.

Simplified Workfront Project Timeline: Leading initiative to streamline and simplify all project plan timeline templates in Workfront with the goal of having a template library for various project types (example: site launches, new capabilities, customer marketing campaigns, etc.) that the whole Corporate Digital Marketing Portfolio Management Team can leverage.
